TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the Conference Programme or the identity of the speakers without notice.
For all registration fees please view the dedicated webpage (https://ipa2021.net/registration/). According to legislation, a VAT charge is applied to the registration fees. Payments and invoices (if required) will be processed by an external partner company (INHWE Ltd).
Cancellation can only be made in writing to the Organizing Committee (ipaconference2021@gmail.com). Cancellation received before May 30th 2021: 50% refund. Cancellation received after May 30th 2021: no refund. If for reasons beyond the control of the Organizers the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded following deduction of unavoidable expenses. No refund will be given in case of unattended events or early termination of attendance. All refunds will be processed after the event.
Events related to the Virtual Conference may be either recorded and/or photographed, you hereby agree that, by attending the event, your image and/or voice may be recorded and published through different media.
